How would the U.S. pay for Biden's COVID-19 economic relief plan?

President Biden is facing opposition from Republicans to his $1.9 trillion COVID-19 relief bill. One big question: How would the nation pay for it? Professor Jeffrey Sachs, director of Columbia University's Center for Sustainable Development, joined CBSN's Lana Zak to discuss what it would mean for the economy in the long run.
