Noodles pancakes with cheese and herbs: a recipe for a snack.

Fritters can be made not only from flour and onions, but you can also use noodles as a base. Add onions, garlic, cheese, and spices to the base for a bright flavor.

On Instagram, chef Mykola Liulko shared a recipe for very hearty and tasty, very easy-to-cook noodles pancakes.

Ingredients:

• Noodles – 200 g
• Hard cheese – 360 g
• Eggs – 4 pcs.
• Green onions – 150 g
• Salt – 12 g
• Pepper – 4 g
• Dry garlic – 6 g
• Oil – 120 g

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the noodles, and drain them so that they are not wet.

2. Add chopped herbs, grated cheese, eggs, and spices to the boiled noodles and mix well.

3. Spoon into a frying pan, and fry over medium heat until golden brown.
