President’s Office: Zelensky arrives in California

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has arrived in California as part of his working visit to the United States.

According to Ukrinform, the President's Office reports this on Telegram.

"As part of a working visit to the United States, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky arrived in California," the report reads.

In honor of the arrival of the Ukrainian head of state, San Francisco City Hall building was illuminated in the colors of the Ukrainian flag at the initiative of the state authorities.

"This is the first visit of the President of Ukraine to California in the history of our country's independence," the President's Office noted.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky is on a working visit to Washington. He met with U.S. President Joe Biden on Wednesday, September 1. The end of the visit is scheduled for Sunday, September 5.
