Russians hit seven settlements in Donetsk region in past day.

The Russian army hit seven settlements in Donetsk region yesterday, killing and injuring civilians.

As the Donetsk Region Department of the National Police informs, Russian troops shelled Avdiivka, Toretsk, Velyka Novosilka, Pivnichne, Karlivka, Netaylove, and Umanske settlements with artillery, Uragan and Grad MLRS.

Eighteen residential buildings, the administrative building of a town territorial community, an outbuilding, and a car were destroyed and damaged.

In addition, two rocket strikes on Lyman and Grad MLRS attacks on Avdiivka were recorded. Russian shells slammed into civilian houses. According to preliminary data, no one was injured.

The enemy attacked Toretsk with Uragan MLRS and artillery. Four houses were damaged, people were killed and injured.

Over the past day, the Donetsk region police documented 14 Russian war crimes.

The National Police and the Security Service of Ukraine opened criminal proceedings under Article 438 (violation of the laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

In addition, the police helped to evacuate 127 people over the past day. Since the beginning of the mandatory evacuation, more than 28,000 people, including 4,363 children and 1,759 people with disabilities, have been evacuated from Donetsk region.
