Cook Tamara shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious, juicy chopped fillet cutlets that always turn out well.

Ingredients:

• Chicken meat – 400 g

• Flour – 50 g
• Eggs – 2 pcs.

• Green onions – a bunch

• Any cheese – 50 g

• Garlic –1 clove

• Salt, pepper, smoked paprika – to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the meat into cubes, add eggs, herbs, grated cheese, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika and mix thoroughly.

2. Add the flour to the prepared mixture and mix.

3. Heat a frying pan and fry the cutlets on both sides until golden brown.

The cutlets will be delicious both cold and hot!
