The world must know what is really happening and what the Russian occupation has led to, so Ukrainian and international journalists will work in the newly liberated city of Izium in the Kharkiv region on September 16 at the site of a new mass grave.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said this in a fresh video address, according to Ukrinform.
"A mass burial site was found in Izium, Kharkiv region. The necessary procedural actions have already begun there. There should be more information - clear, verified information - tomorrow. Tomorrow there will be Ukrainian and international journalists in Izium. We want the world to know what is really happening and what the Russian occupation has led to. Bucha, Mariupol, now, unfortunately, Izium... Russia leaves death everywhere. And it must be held accountable for that," Zelensky said.
He said the world must hold Russia to account for this war.
