«There is a huge risk» : Usyk - Fury fight is questioned.

Former world middleweight champion George Groves still questions the holding of the fight between Oleksandr Usyk (21-0, 14 KOs) and Tyson Fury (34-0-1, 24 KOs) on May 18. The Briton emphasized that his compatriot has never been eager to fight the Ukrainian.

Groves said this in an interview with Betway, according to sportbible.com. He expressed confidence that the fight against Usyk poses a huge risk to Fury, and Tyson would have preferred to fight his compatriot Anthony Joshua (28-3, 25 KOs), where he would have had a better chance of winning.

"I said from the very beginning that I will believe in this fight only when I see it. I don't think Fury has ever dreamed of fighting Usyk. There is a huge risk for him in a fight with Usyk. He probably really hopes that Usyk won't be able to deliver his body shots. And I don't believe that if Fury pulls out of the deal to fight Usyk, he will have to pay a $10 million fine," Groves said.

Earlier, the head of the World Boxing Council (WBC) Mauricio Suleiman came up with the idea of approving six judges at once, not three, to score the fight between Usyk and Fury. He predicted a catastrophe in the fight if his proposal was not supported, and also announced a radical decision regarding the fight.
