Delicious and healthy cake for children without flour with two creams: how to cook.

Making a cake for children without flour and harmful ingredients is quite simple. All you need is a good recipe.

This option was shared by a food blogger with the nickname ira.smachnenko on her Instagram page. If you have a children's party coming up, this cake will be a highlight.

Ingredients

Base:

  • 300 g of cottage cheese
  • 6 tbsp. of oatmeal
  • 2 eggs
  • 20 dates

Cream:

1. 100 g of peanuts + 1 banana

2. a handful of cashews + a handful of blueberries (or cashews + strawberries)

Method of preparation:

1. Grind the oatmeal separately. Then mix oatmeal + cottage cheese + eggs + dates in a blender. Soak the dates for an hour beforehand, rinse, and remove the pit.

2. Bake in a 21-cm baking dish, lower mode with convention, for 40 minutes (it is important to watch, it should be quite brown).

3. For the cream: dry the peanuts in a frying pan, and beat with a blender. Then mix the peanuts with the banana. Important: this cream darkens, you need to make it before greasing, and is not suitable for the top layer.

4. Take out the base, cut it in half, remove the top, cover it with a plate, and turn it over to grease the bottom half and cover.

5. Top cream: using an immersion blender, thoroughly blend the cashews and berries, and grease. Then you can decorate with berries and fruit. It is also worth covering the cake with cream again before serving.
