Russian missiles hit port infrastructure, enterprises in Mykolayiv.

Russia has launched new missile strikes at Mykolaiv, hitting port infrastructure and private enterprises, communities of the region. One person was killed.

"On the morning of July 1, 12 missiles were fired at Mykolaiv. The port infrastructure and private enterprises, including perfume and lime production facilities, came under fire. According to the military commandant's office of Mykolayiv, one of the enemy missiles was shot down," Vitaliy Kim, the Head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration posted on Telegram.

On the morning of July 2, explosions were again heard in Mykolayiv. Information about the consequences is being clarified.

In addition, on July 1, a household in Shyroke community was struck. In Bereznehuvate community, villages come under fire along the line of contact. The information on casualties and damages is being clarified.

In the afternoon of July 1, attacks on the villages of Halytsynivka, Lymany, Bilozirka were recorded. A house was damaged and one person was killed in the village of Bilozirka.

As reported, more than 6,400 civilian objects have been damaged in Mykolayiv region since the beginning of the war.
