Border guards eliminate two groups of Wagner mercenaries near Bakhmut.

Over the past day, the Ukrainian border guards eliminated two groups of Russian private military company Wagner near Bakhmut.

“The mortar units eliminated the first group of invaders according to the coordinates provided by aerial reconnaissance. The fire stopped the occupiers on the approach to the contact line. The soldiers of the State Border Guard Service stopped the second group of PMC Wagner in close combat in a suburban building, hitting the enemy with grenade launchers and small arms,” the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine reports.

In total, the enemy lost six soldiers killed and eight wounded.

As reported, from February 24, 2022 to March 30, 2023, the Armed Forces of Ukraine eliminated about 172,900 Russian aggressors, 3,610 enemy tanks, 306 aircraft, 291 helicopters, and 2,239 operational-tactical UAVs.
