Why an oil embargo might not be the best way to harm Putin now - DW News.

Ricardo Hausmann, Professor of the Practice of International Political Economy at Harvard Kennedy School, suggests that the EU should tax Russian oil. Speaking with DW's editor-in-chief Manuela Kasper-Claridge, Hausmann said that it is more efficient than an oil embargo.
