Rishi Sunak calls for end to 'sick note culture'

Rishi Sunak has warned against "over-medicalising the everyday challenges and worries of life" in a major speech on welfare reform.

The Prime Minister talked of a need to reduce the £69bn spent on benefits for people of working age with a disability or health condition.

Sky News' Tamara Cohen spoke to people in Knowsley, who were concerned about the proposed changes to the welfare system.
