Labour's shadow justice secretary says Met Police chief's resignation 'not the way forward',.
Shadow justice secretary Shabana Mahmood says the Met have "not covered themselves in glory" after an antisemitism campaigner was called "openly Jewish" by an officer and threatened with arrest for trying to cross a pro- Palestinian march.
She says, however, that she doesn't agree with calls for the Metropolitan Police chief to resign.
