Lebanon: Fear spreads as casualties rise from explosions in Lebanon.
Lebanon has been rocked by a second wave of blasts, this time linked to hand-held radios, as reports have emerged that solar energy systems have exploded in several areas as well.
Twenty people have been reportedly killed in Wednesday's blasts, with more than 400 injured, according to Reuters, citing Lebanon's health ministry.
