CDC: Three women likely infected with HIV while getting 'vampire facial' at unlicensed spa.
The CDC is detailing what it says is the first known cases of HIV transmitted by "vampire facial" injections. In a joint investigation with the CDC and New Mexico's health officials, investigators say they found a rack of unlabeled tubes of blood on a kitchen counter and unwrapped needles in the trash can.
