Dubai floods: Authorities in the UAE deny cloud seeding caused record rainfall.

Authorities in the United Arab Emirates have denied that record rainfall was exacerbated by cloud seeding - a practice used in the region to provoke increased rain.

A storm dumped the largest amount of rainfall the country has seen in more than 75 years.
