The Israeli military has admitted it fired at a building where two civilians died, following a Sky News investigation into an attack on an aid shelter in Gaza.

Several other people were injured in the incident – all family members of staff working for Medecins Sans Frontiers.

Sky News' Data & Forensics unit pieced together how the event unfolded using exclusive video of the immediate aftermath of the event, as well as photos and witness accounts.
