In Germany, Covid-19 cases are rising rapidly, with almost all of its largest cities becoming virus hotspots. Meanwhile, England is rolling out new lockdown rules as the city of Liverpool is set to be placed under tier three lockdown restrictions, the strictest of the country's new Covid-19 rules.
