This footage shows Ukrainian Security Services of the SBU (СБУ) 'neutralising' a criminal gang that operated around Dnipro.
In a statement the SBU said: "As a result of the special operation in Dnipro, a criminal group that terrorized and tried to keep local residents in fear was neutralized.
To do this, they created artificial conflict situations with citizens, and then "extorted" money from them for "dispute resolution".
In case of refusal, psychological pressure, violence and threats of physical violence were used, including close relatives of the victims.
SBU employees documented the fact that the attackers extorted $8,000 from a local resident.
