Protesters Hold ‘Flash Mob’ Rally in Yangon
Dozens of anti-coup protesters held a flash mob rally Thursday in Yangon, Myanmar's most populous city.
They flashed the three-fingered salute as they chanted pro-democracy slogans.
Resistance to Myanmar's military rule remains widespread four months after civilian leader Aung San Suu Kyi was removed from power on February 1.
Quickly dispersing flash mobs have replaced mass demonstrations in previous months because of the deadly response of security forces.
