FDA commissioner responds to U.K. authorizing COVID vaccine ahead of U.S.
FDA Commissioner Dr. Stephen Hahn told CBS News that the United Kingdom's emergency authorization of Pfizer's COVID-19 vaccine before the United States "doesn't affect us."
