On the 6th of June, 1991, police were called to the carpark of the Gurnell Leisure centre in West London to investigate reports that a woman’s body had been found slumped over the wheel of a powder Blue Jaguar XJS sports car.
The body was that of Penny Bell, a high-flying business woman, wife and mother whose brutal cold case murder has stumped police ever since.
