How to fry eggs easily without burning them: life hack.

It may seem like a simple egg, but sometimes cooking even such a dish creates a lot of trouble. And the biggest problem is when the eggs start to burn quickly. But this can be easily fixed by adding one ingredient.

Food blogger Olexii Kriuchkov (kruchkov) shared a life hack that will help you avoid burning eggs on his Instagram page.

Plain water can help solve this problem. Just add a few spoonfuls of cold or hot water while the eggs are cooking and continue cooking under the lid.

The result : the cooking process is faster and the chances of burning are significantly reduced.

And to make your eggs taste amazing, INSIDER has published a list of 5 unusual ingredients that will help you do just that.

1. Yogurt and sour cream can add spice and creamy flavor to the dish.

2. Pesto and salsa are flavorful mixtures that will make scrambled eggs delicious and give a nutty flavor. It is better to add them at the end.

3. Strawberry jam

This is the perfect savory combination of jam and eggs. It will be very unusual, but delicious!

4. Yogurt instead of milk

This will give the eggs a very delicate flavor and incredible texture. Add only 1-2 tbsp of yogurt to the egg mixture before cooking to avoid uneven distribution.

5. Cream cheese

It will make the dish very tender and tasty. Just add 1 tbsp of cheese to the egg mixture. And it is better to choose cheese with herbs – it will give the dish a special flavor.
