US records 16 tornadoes in six states: one person killed.

On the night of Tuesday, May 7, at least 16 tornadoes were reported in six states in the United States. At least one person was killed as a result of the weather.

The tornadoes were reported in Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and South Dakota .

The most destructive storm probably occurred in Barnsdall, Oklahoma, north of Tulsa, where serious damage was reported.

In addition to the tornado, 4-inch softball-sized hail was reported in Kansas .

On Tuesday morning, tornado warnings were issued for parts of Missouri, including St. Louis, and Illinois. These restrictions were to remain in effect until 8 a.m. local time.

The tornado warning in Arkansas was also extended until 5 a.m. local time.

As a reminder, a powerful thunderstorm hit Kyiv and Kyiv region on Thursday, April 25, in the afternoon. In some places in the region, the precipitation was accompanied by hail.
