Lazy sushi for a festive table: you don't even need to roll them.

Cooking traditional rolls is a rather multi-step and costly process, so everyone is used to eating this dish in various cafes and restaurants or ordering delivery. But you can make your favorite appetizer in a much more basic way. Ordinary round ice cube trays will help you with this.

Ingredients:

• boiled sushi rice - 200 g
• rice sauce (optional for taste) - 1 tbsp
• salted salmon - 150 g
• nori - 1 sheet
• cream cheese / Philadelphia / cottage cheese - 3 tbsp
• soy sauce for serving

Method of preparation:

1. Cook rice according to the instructions on the package. Add rice sauce, if available.

2. Cut the nori leaf over the rice and mix.

3. Put the fish slices in the ice cube tray, then the cheese, and tamp the rice firmly.

4. Serve with soy sauce.
