Simple eggplant casserole: how to prepare a hearty dish quickly.

Ingredients:

• eggplant – 1 large or 2 medium
• 1 large onion
• garlic – 3-4 cloves
• tomatoes – 6 medium-sized pieces
• oregano/other favorite spice

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the eggplant into thin slices.

2. Leave on for 20 minutes.
