Jelly dessert in a bowl in a hurry: combine cherries and cocoa.

When you don't have time to bake something, jelly desserts come in handy. They are very easy to prepare and delicious. You can combine a wide variety of ingredients and make several layers.

The idea of making a jelly dessert in a bowl without baking was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Yulia with the nickname yulia_smachno_tyt. Combine cherries and cocoa.

Ingredients for the cocoa layer:

  • gelatin - 25 g
  • water - 50 ml.
  • sour cream - 350 g
  • milk - 350 ml.
  • powdered sugar - 5 tbsp.
  • cocoa - 2 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Pour gelatin with water and leave for 15 minutes.

2. Mix sour cream with milk (250 ml) and 100 ml of milk mixed with cocoa and pour into the sour cream.

3. Add the powdered sugar, mix thoroughly and pour the melted gelatin into the mass (the main thing is that it should be at the same temperature as the mass).

4. Stir and pour into the bowls.

5. Leave in the refrigerator until it cools down (at least an hour).

Ingredients for the cherry layer:

  • cherry juice or cherries in their own juice - 250 ml.
  • water - 200 ml.
  • cherries - 300 g (optional)
  • gelatin - 25 g
  • water - 50 ml.
  • sugar at will

Method of preparation:

1. Pour gelatin with water and leave for 15 minutes.

2. Pour water into the cherry juice, add sugar if desired, and boil.

3. Pour the melted gelatin into the slightly warm juice.

4. Put the cherries on the cocoa layer and pour over the cold cherry jelly.

5. Leave in the refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours.

6. If the gelatin does not dissolve due to the temperature difference, you can heat the mass in a water bath (do not bring it to a boil).
