Ukrainian defense industry produces 10 Bohdana self-propelled artillery systems for first time, more to be produced in May and beyond - Zelenskyy.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that the share of Ukraine’s own arms production is constantly growing.

According to Censor.NET, the head of state announced this in Telegram.

"Daily report on the security situation in Ukraine. Reports on the delivery of equipment and ammunition. Distribution among combat and reserve brigades.
The share of domestic production is constantly growing. The state signs serious, long-term contracts with our companies, which provide predictability, the ability to recruit people and attract investment. This month, our industry is producing 10 Bohdana systems for the first time, and in May and beyond, we will produce even more," the statement said.

According to Zelenskyy, there was also a report by Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Syrskyi on the current situation on the battlefield and the results of the strike on Russian targets in Crimea.

"We are still waiting for the final data, but it is already clear that the occupiers have suffered painful losses. Also, according to intelligence reports, after our actions in the Black Sea, Russia is moving ships, including calibre carriers, to the Caspian Sea.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs reported on the completion of a search and rescue operation in Chernihiv and the elimination of the consequences of nighttime drone attacks. There was also an important discussion of methods to combat Russian propaganda television signals in the border regions. It is a complex technical task, but we have our own developments that can cope with it," the president added.
