How to cook green beans in a new way: you will need sour cream and breadcrumbs.

Cooking green beans is an extremely simple process. This vegetable is often used in soups, fried, baked, and stewed. Green bean dishes are low in calories and dietary, so they are ideal for those who are on a diet or follow a healthy diet.

Check out green beans in sour cream according to the recipe of food blogger Tetiana (grenache_rose), which she posted on her Instagram page.

Ingredients:

• green beans - 500 g
• carrot - 1 pc.
• tomato - 2 pcs.
• sour cream - 200 g
• garlic, spices

Method of preparation:

1. Wash beans, remove the stem, and cut them in half. Boil in salted water until half cooked. It takes about 10 minutes.

2. Grate carrots and fry lightly.

3. Cut tomatoes into cubes (blanch the vegetable beforehand) and add to the carrots.

4. Add the drained beans and garlic chopped through a press. Simmer for 10 minutes.

5. Add sour cream and spices. Stew for 2-3 minutes.

Now the second option: green beans in breadcrumbs according to the recipe of food blogger Kateryna (recepty_przepisy), which she posted on her Instagram page.

Ingredients:

• beans - 1 kg
• water - 3 liters

• salt - 1.5 tsp
• sugar - 1 tsp
• butter - 120 g
• breadcrumbs - 50 g
• dill - a bunch

Method of preparation:

1. Wash beans, cut off the ends on both sides, and cut into 2-3 pieces. Cook the beans in boiling water with sugar and salt for about 25 minutes.

2. Drain and rinse the beans with cold water.

3. Melt butter in a frying pan. Add breadcrumbs and fry until golden brown.

4. Add the beans to the breadcrumbs. Stew for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt.

5. Add chopped dill at the end of cooking.
