One of the simplest, tastiest, and most elementary dishes to prepare is lazy dumplings. They are usually made with simple cottage cheese dough, often with berries and chocolate.

Cook Liza Hlinska shared a recipe for delicious lazy dumplings that will always turn out well on her website.

Ingredients:

• cottage cheese – 300 g
• eggs – 1 pc.

• flour – 20 g
• sugar – 1 tbsp.
• semolina – 2 tbsp.
• salt – a pinch

Method of preparation:

1. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve.

2. Add the egg, salt, flour and mix everything.

3. Put a pot of water on the stove and add sugar to it, bring to a boil.

4. Form the curd into balls and roll them in semolina.

5. Put them in boiling water, as soon as they float, cook for another minute and then transfer them to a plate.

6. Lazy dumplings can be served with sour cream or yogurt, it will be delicious!
