Unknown people open fire on police officers in Vinnytsia region: 20-year-old policeman killed, his partner wounded.
On the night of April 20, unidentified persons opened fire on police officers in the Haisyn district of Vinnytsia region. One of the law enforcement officers was killed and his partner was wounded.
The incident was reported in the Vinnytsia Regional Police's Telegram . An interception plan was introduced in Vinnytsia and Odesa regions.
It is noted that police officers stopped a dark green Suzuki Grand Vitara for inspection. There were two men in camouflage clothes inside, who opened fire on the police. A 20-year-old policeman died from his wounds, and his partner was injured.
It is noted that thanks to the efforts of operational services, it was possible to identify the persons likely to be involved in the crime . The information was sent to all regional units of the National Police.
