To make a delicious, hearty, and budget-friendly dinner, you only need two main ingredients: zucchini and minced meat . The vegetables can be stuffed with juicy filling and baked in the oven . If desired, you can also sprinkle the dish with hard cheese for a crispy crust.

Food blogger and nutritionist Alex Mil (mil_alexx) shared a recipe for stuffed zucchini with minced meat that can be cooked in the oven on his Instagram page.

Ingredients:

• zucchini – 1 pc
• minced chicken –180 g
• onion – 1/2 pcs
• garlic – 1 clove
• yogurt /sour cream – 70 g
• hard cheese – 15-20 g
• salt and pepper

Method of preparation:

1. Chop the onion.

2. Garlic squeeze through a press.

3. Mix the minced meat, onion, garlic, yogurt/sour cream, salt and pepper.

4. Cut the zucchini into slices of medium thickness. Spoon out the flesh of the vegetable.

5. Put the filling in the middle of the zucchini. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Put into the mold.

6. Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
