School pizza is a taste that is never forgotten. The products are made small, with boiled sausage and lots of cheese. And the dough base is fluffy and very crispy on top.

Ingredients for the dough :

• warm milk - 200 ml
• sugar - 10 g
• dry yeast - 6 g
• eggs - 1 pc.
• butter - 60 g
• flour - 400 g
• salt - 7 g

Ingredients for the filling:

• sausage
• pickled cucumber
• cheese
• onion
• mayonnaise
• ketchup

Method of preparation:

1. Mix all the ingredients for the dough at once.

2. Knead it well and add salt at the end.

3. Leave the dough in a warm place for 1 hour.

4. Form into 90 g balls and leave under a towel for 15 minutes.

5. Then we make indentations in them for the filling.

6. Brush the sides of the dough with egg yolk.

7. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
