The cook shared a recipe for a delicious crab stick salad with sweet bell peppers and mayonnaise on Instagram.

Ingredients:

• 200 g of crab sticks
• 0.5 bell peppers
• 3 tomatoes
• 80 g of hard cheese
• 1-2 cloves of garlic
• mayonnaise / sour cream
• salt/pepper – to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Disassemble the crab sticks into fibers or cut them into thin strips.

2. Cut half of the bell pepper into thin strips.

3. Cut the tomatoes in half, remove the center, and cut into thin strips.

4. Add the grated hard cheese, grate 1-2 cloves of garlic, and season the salad with mayonnaise. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix.
