If you don't have an oven in your kitchen, it doesn't mean you can't make a delicious cake that will become the main decoration of any holiday table.

You can do this by following the recommendations of a food blogger with the nickname zhuravlina_cooking. It was she who shared on Instagram how to make a delicious cake in a pan.

Ingredients for cakes for a d20cm mold:

• Condensed milk - 250 gr
• Egg - 1 pc
• Baking powder - 1 tsp
• Oil - 1 tbsp
• Flour - 260 gr
• Salt - a pinch

Ingredients for the cream:

• Milk - 500 ml
• Sugar - 100 gr
• Vanilla sugar - 20 g
• Egg - 2 pcs
• Corn starch - 55 g
• Butter - 200 gr
• Condensed milk - 120-130 g

Method of preparation:

1. Prepare the custard. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt to the eggs and whisk everything with a whisk.

2. Then add cornstarch and beat again with a whisk to avoid lumps.

3. Pour the milk into a saucepan, put it on the fire and bring it to a boil.

4. Pour the egg mixture into the milk and stir constantly with a whisk over medium heat until the cream thickens.

5. When the cream has thickened and started to bubble, turn down the heat and stir vigorously for 30 seconds to open the starch well.

6. Cool the cream to room temperature under the film.

7. Beat the butter with condensed milk until fluffy.

8. Add the custard and beat again with a mixer.

9. Prepare the cakes. Mix the condensed milk with the egg and a pinch of salt and oil.

10. Add the baking powder to the flour and sift in the rest of the ingredients, knead the soft dough. If necessary, add a little more flour; the dough should not be sticky.

11. Divide the dough into 6 equal parts. Roll out a round cake 20 cm in diameter.

12. Bake on a dry frying pan for 1 minute, on both sides.

13. Spread the cakes with cream and refrigerate for several hours to soak.
