Apple and carrot pie is a wonderful dessert that is easy to prepare and can be eaten in no time. It is also full of fiber, which is so necessary for our body.

The recipe for this incredibly flavorful and tasty dish was shared by a food blogger with the nickname tanya.perchik. On Instagram, she also shared what ingredients are needed to make it.
Ingredients
- Carrots - 1 pc
- Apples - 2 pcs
- Egg - 2 pcs
- Long-cooked oatmeal - 120 g
- Baking powder - ½ tsp
- Sweetener to taste
- Nuts to taste
Method of preparation
1. Grind the oatmeal to a state of flour.
2. Grate apples and carrots, add eggs and flour with baking powder.

3. Add the sweetener. Mix well.
4. Put the mixture into a split mold and sprinkle with nuts.
5. Put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
6. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before serving.
