Ukrainian banks receive UAH 21.5B in net profit in Jan-Feb 2023 – NBU
In January-February 2023, Ukrainian solvent banks received UAH 21.5 billion in net profit, which is 2.2 times more than in the same period last year.
This was reported by the press service of the National Bank of Ukraine on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
"The solvent banks earned UAH 21.5 billion in net profit in January-February 2023, which is 2.2 times more than in the same period last year - UAH 9.9 billion," the report says.

It is noted that the income of banks over the reporting period rose by 33%, to UAH 65.8 billion, compared to January-February 2022, expenses - by 12%, to UAH 44.3 billion.
As reported, solvent banks received UAH 24.7 billion in net profit in 2022 against UAH 77.4 billion in 2021.
