• Eggs – 3 pcs.
• Flour – 3 tbsp.
• Mayonnaise – 3 tbsp.
• Hard cheese – 80 g
• Salt, black pepper – to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Batter: beat eggs with spices, add flour, mayonnaise, and mix.

2. Grate the cheese and add to the batter.
