Ingredients:

• mushrooms – 400 g
• water – 100 ml.
• oil – 2 tbsp.
• vinegar – 2 tbsp.
• salt – 1 tsp.
• sugar – 1 tsp.
• black peppercorns – 8-10 pcs.
• bay leaf – 2-3 pcs.
• garlic – 2 cloves
• onion – 1 pc.

Method of preparation:

1. Rinse the mushrooms with water.

2. Make the marinade.

3. Mix water, oil, sugar, salt, pepper, bay leaf, garlic in a saucepan.

4. Bring to a boil.

5. Add the mushrooms and cook for 7-10 minutes.

6. Cut the onion into half rings.

7. Pour the mushrooms with the marinade into a deep plate, add the chopped onion.

8. Let cool and put in the refrigerator to marinate.

9. Put it on overnight – and you can eat it in the morning.
