Estonian Foreign Minister Tsahkna on Russian missile strike on Dnipro: We could have prevented it, but we couldn’t.

Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna reacts to the Russian army’s missile attack on a residential building in Dnipro, which killed several children, saying that it could have been prevented if Ukraine had been provided with air defense systems in time.

The head of the Estonian Foreign Ministry noted that for two Ukrainian children in Dnipro "this night was the last - they were killed by Russia," Censor.NET reports citing Ukrinform.

"We could have prevented this, but we could not. Ukraine needs air defense to save the lives of its people and weapons to put an end to Russian terror. They need it now," Tsakhkna wrote.
