What's really going on with Britney Spears and why the outrageous star has deleted herself from Instagram once again.

Recently, the American singer Britney Spears alarmed her fans by deleting her Instagram account. This happened amid rumors about the singer's difficult financial situation after the court case with her father ended. However, according to insiders, she is "happier than ever."

Jamie Spears has been the star's guardian for 13 years. According to the Daily Mail, the 42-year-old pop star took a break from the Internet to be with friends. Britney managed to settle the case with her father by paying the relative $2 million, as well as $4 million to her own lawyers. It is worth noting that the star's account is now active again.

It's interesting that this is the seventh time a celebrity has deactivated their social media page. It happened in 2022. Back then, the singer's representative claimed that Spears just wanted to rest.

Insiders have denied claims that the Grammy winner is in "serious danger of going broke." "Britney temporarily shut down her Instagram account to relax and spend time with friends after settling a legal dispute with her father Jamie," said a close source. "She did what was in her best interest to end it for good, and she couldn't be happier.

Britney is reportedly "far from broke." The source emphasized the recent success of Britney's memoir, The Woman in Me, as one of the many reasons her finances remain in good shape: "she is now at the payback stage of her book and is making 25 percent net profit."

Britney deleted her page just hours after she mentioned her family in a poignant post, posting the cover of Jennet McCurdy's book I'm Glad My Mom's Dead, about abusive relationships in families. "People, stay kind!!! Good book," the singer wrote.

Spears also posted a half-naked selfie in the mirror in response to the ruling. She continued: "My family has hurt me!!! There was no justice and probably will not be!!! People who sat and did absolutely nothing." These posts are currently missing from the star's page.

A few days later, Britney returned to Instagram, sharing a video of herself lying on a horse. The singer, who changed her name on the platform to Xila Maria River Red, wrote: "Horses and street air!!! It's so good to be alive."
