Ingredients:

• cottage cheese – 200 g

• butter – 100 g
• sugar – 75 g
• ripe banana – 1 pc.

• eggs – 2 pcs.
• flour – 150 g

• baking soda – 3 g
• sour cream – 75 g

Method of preparation:

1. Put the cottage cheese, butter, sugar, banana, eggs, and sour cream in a blender and beat until smooth.

2. Sift the flour and baking soda, mix the batter, and put it into the molds.

3. Put into the molds, filling 2/3 of the way, and bake for 20-25 minutes at 180°C.
