To be launched on May 18: the Ministry of Defense explains how to use the electronic cabinet of persons liable for military service.
Due to the entry into force of the new law on mobilization in Ukraine, an electronic cabinet for persons liable for military service will be launched online. It will be launched on May 18. Access to it, among other things, is promised through a mobile application.
This was stated by Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine for Digitalization Kateryna Chernogorenko. She assured that in order to update the data, it will be enough to use the application without visiting the Territorial center of acquisition.
"On May 18, the Ministry of Defense is launching an electronic cabinet for persons liable for military service, as stipulated by the current law. This application is now being literally created, and we are receiving all the necessary documents to make it available to all our citizens," the official said.
According to her, everything will be very simple. In order to update the data in the e-cabinet, you will need to download the mobile application, log in and provide the necessary data, "namely, your phone number, e-mail and actual address of residence."
"It will be a mobile application, it can be downloaded from the App Store and the Google Play Market. We are working to make this very simple and convenient function available in the application - to log in, fill in these three "fields" and immediately receive information from the Oberig database of persons liable for military service in order to see what data is available about you in the register," said the deputy minister.
Chernogorenko emphasized that in order to update the data, it will be enough to use the application without visiting the Territorial center of acquisition.
"In the future, to clarify other data, if necessary, the Territorial center of acquisition will contact the person liable for military service, and then it will be a matter of cooperation between the person liable for military service and the Territorial center of acquisition employee. It will be possible to update these data from any convenient point, including from abroad," the official said.
As reported by OBOZ.UA , this is exactly the proposal to improve the work of the Territorial center of acquisition made by experts. Under the current conditions, the Territorial centers of acquisition will have to register at least 93 men per hour, and it is clear that the centers themselves will not be able to keep up.
By the way, Ukrainians who have received summonses to verify their credentials can apply not only to the Territorial centers of acquisition. They can also come to recruiting centers where recruitment to the Ukrainian Defense Forces is underway.
We also wrote that Ukrainians liable for military service who fail to notify the Territorial center of acquisition and the social support of a change of residence may face administrative liability and fines. We are talking about an amount of about 25 thousand hryvnias.
