Ingredients:

• Carrots – 1 pc.

• Eggs – 4 pcs.

• Hard cheese – 100 g

• Mayonnaise or natural yogurt – about 100 g

• Apple – 1 pc.

• Onion – 1 pc.

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the onion into small cubes.

2. Grate cheese, eggs, carrots on a fine grater.

2. Peel and seed the apple, grate it on a coarse grater, and sprinkle with lemon juice to prevent it from darkening.

3. Layer the ingredients for the salad in the following order: onion, apple, eggs, carrot, cheese, and repeat. Lubricate each layer with a thin layer of mayonnaise. The egg and carrot layer can be salted to taste.
