Healthy candies without flour and sugar: you will need only 3 ingredients.

Delicious sweet candies don't have to contain a lot of sugar and various colors. To make a dessert at home, you only need 3 simple ingredients. And all of them are as healthy as possible.

The idea of making healthy sweets from three ingredients without sugar and flour is published on the Instagram page of food blogger Daria with the nickname recepti_dariko. It's also very budget-friendly.

Ingredients:

• sunflower seeds - 200 g
• honey - 4-5 tbsp
• cocoa - 3-4 tbsp + for rolling (optional)

Method of preparation:

1. Toast sunflower seeds in a dry frying pan until golden. It will take a few minutes over medium heat.

2. Place in the bowl of a blender.

3. Beat until smooth. If you don't have a blender, you can grind it in a meat grinder.

4. Add 3-4 tablespoons of cocoa.

5. Then pour in 4-5 tablespoons of liquid honey.

6. Mix well.

7. You will get a mass that is very similar in consistency to plasticine. You can make candies of the shape you need: simply roll balls or make cones.

8. Then, if you wish, you can sprinkle cocoa or dark chocolate over the candies.
