BREAKING: Full UK border closure 'considered' & plans for £500 COVID payment.

Environment Secretary George Eustice has told Sky News the UK Government has "considered" the full closure of the UK's borders.

It comes after new variants of the coronavirus from South Africa and Brazil.

Meanwhile in a move to persuade people to self-isolate, ministers are considering paying £500 to anyone who tests positive for coronavirus.
