Afghanistan: Taliban invite foreign diplomats to return to Kabul.

The Taliban in Kabul have told Sky News that the British Embassy is now safe and that staff can return whenever they like.

It's a diplomatic tact that is in stark contrast to reports of the suppression of journalists and the beating of women who dared protest for equal rights.

Meanwhile, a plane carrying dozens of foreigners, including 13 British nationals, has been able to leave Afghanistan and land in Doha.
