COVID-19: Scotland cases double in a week
A new study has found people infected with the Delta variant of Covid-19 are twice as likely to need hospital treatment than those with the Alpha strain.
It comes amid growing concern in Scotland, where public events have resumed this weekend, despite record numbers of new infections.
