Portland protesters barred from «public gatherings» as condition for jail release.

A new report by ProPublica says about a dozen protesters arrested in Portland, Oregon, were only released from jail on condition that they agreed not to participate in "public gatherings." But is that actually legal? ProPublica's Dara Lind joins CBSN's "Red and Blue" to discuss her reporting.
