The video shows the moment of implosion with a giant dust cloud created from the falling smokestacks approaching onlookers.
Resident Joe Kern, who filmed the footage that was released Tuesday, commented that he was upset because he wasn't warned the massive sandstorm could cause damage to his house. (Reuters)
